* Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
* Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in inventory management
* Holder of a valid safety card
* To monitor repair, maintenance and renovation works in the estate
* To prepare tenders for maintenance works
* To lead a team to tackle emergency fault calls
* To supervise external contractors’ performance and meet the expected safety requirement
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer
