Social Media Executive – Join the Community Management Team at 3sixfive

At 3sixfive we help to build brands. We work with some of the UK's biggest names to manage and grow their online communities, and we're looking for someone who can jump in, bring energy, and make a real impact.
You'll be based in our brand new offices, surrounded by a genuinely fun and supportive team. We run regular in-house competitions, offer weekly incentives, and take pride in creating a workplace that's collaborative, fast-moving, and full of personality.
The role
As part of our Community Management team, you'll be the voice behind the screen — engaging directly with customers and followers on behalf of our clients across a range of social media platforms. From replying to a positive post to resolving a complaint with empathy, you'll be responsible for shaping how customers experience the brand online.
What you'll be doing:
* Responding to comments, posts, messages, enquiries and complaints in a timely, friendly and on-brand way
* Adopting each client's unique tone of voice and following their brand guidelines
* Helping build and maintain strong online communities for household-name brands
* Staying on top of product updates, brand developments and audience trends
* Collaborating with your team and Team Leaders to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in any customer service or people-focused role
* A genuine interest in social media and how brands use it to connect with people
* Excellent communication skills, especially written
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Someone creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
* A proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told, you take initiative
Full training is provided, so don't worry if you haven't worked in social media before — we'll get you up to speed.
Key details:
* Full-time, permanent role
* In-office only (this role is not hybrid or remote)
* 40 hours/week, including weekends and bank holidays
* Rotating shifts: 8am–4pm, 12pm–8pm, or 2:30pm–10:30pm
* 30-minute paid lunch break each day
* Rota issued 2–4 weeks in advance
