IRecruit4 are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 (HGV) Driver to join a well-established storage company.
This role involves transporting goods between Stroud and Wroughton, completing approximately 3 trips per day. This is a straightforward trunking role using curtain-sided vehicles.
Key Responsibilities for Class 1 Driver:
* Driving a Class 1 (HGV) vehicle safely and efficiently
* Completing 3 runs daily between Stroud and Wroughton
* Operating curtain-sided trailers
* Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time
* Following all road safety and compliance regulations
* NO handball
Pay & Hoursfor Class 1 Driver:
* £17.00 £19.00 per hour
* 7:00 AM start time
* 3 trips per day (Stroud to Wroughton)
* Day Shift
* Weekly Pay
Requirementsfor Class 1 Driver:
* Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
* Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
* Reliable and professional attitude
