Job Type: Casual Contract
Salary : £17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
* Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
* Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
* To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
* Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
Qualifications
* Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent standards
* Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
