Overview
Behaviour Mentor - ASAP/September Start - Full Time - £90-£120 a Day - Mainstream Secondary School
The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students who may face behavioural or emotional challenges. You will act as a trusted role model, promote positive behaviour, and encourage student engagement and wellbeing throughout the school day. Your role will involve working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leaders to deliver targeted interventions and build meaningful relationships with students. This is a full-time position, offering excellent opportunities for training, development, and progression within a supportive school environment.
The School
We are currently working with several Mainstream Secondary Schools in the London Borough of Sutton that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Behaviour Mentors to join their inclusion or pastoral support teams. These schools cater to students aged 11-19 with a range of needs, and pride themselves on fostering a safe, respectful, and aspirational learning environment. Whether you're an experienced mentor, youth worker, or someone looking to transition into education from a related field—this role could be the perfect next step.
