The Role: Support Worker
We're looking for energetic and caring individuals to join our vibrant team. You don't need previous experience—just the right values, a positive mindset, and the willingness to learn.
You'll help support people in their day-to-day lives, encourage personal growth, and create opportunities for residents to enjoy engaging, active lifestyles. Whether it's helping with daily routines or heading out on a local trip, every day brings new rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support residents in a person-centred, inclusive way
* Maintain routines and structure
* Get involved in activities in the home and out in the community

What We're Looking For
* A proactive, caring, and energetic attitude
* A strong sense of responsibility and empathy
* Willingness to work 40 hours/week, including alternate weekends and evenings
* A full clean driving licence is preferred (we use company vehicles daily for community outings)
* No experience needed—full training and induction provided
