RSDs: The post offers a high attendance level and hybrid working days when appropriate, with the opportunity to work upwards of 48 days per year. Working pattern can involve week days and weekends during modular and consolidated courses. Post Role: Clerk in a Sub Unit: 1. Responsible for all G1/G7 clerical matters including updating all course nominal rolls during training. 2. Ensuring that all recruit attendance status is recorded on TAFMIS. 3. Be fully conversant with all aspects of Phase 1 training which ATU (North) provides. 4. Assist the CSM with maintaining course records and course folders on Share Point. 5. Update and maintain JPA occurrences for Coy staff when required. 6. Assist and advise Coy staff with JPA/ModNet issues during courses. 7. Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CoC.
