Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Carpet and Window Cleaner to join our team in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various client locations. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform carpet cleaning services at client locations
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Perform streak-free window cleaning inside and outside
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs
* Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
* Contribute to a positive team environment
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in carpet cleaning or similar role preferred
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Valid driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
