Role Overview
They are now looking for an AI Engineer to join their growing AI function and play a central role in developing intelligent systems and advanced AI agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence AI strategy while remaining hands‑on in building production‑grade solutions that will directly impact millions of users.
What You’ll Work On
* Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and intelligent automation systems.
* Developing end‑to‑end AI features that integrate seamlessly into customer‑facing digital products.
* Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and domain experts.
* Experimenting with advanced LLMs, vector search, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval pipelines.
* Contributing to architectural decisions and helping shape the organisation’s long‑term AI roadmap.
What They’re Looking For
* Strong commercial experience building and deploying AI agents.
* Experience within B2C environments is highly advantageous (digital products, consumer platforms, apps, etc.).
* Background in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative fields is beneficial.
* Excellent engineering fundamentals with hands‑on skills in Python and modern AI tooling.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and a genuine passion for cutting‑edge AI innovation.
Hybrid working in London (2–3 days onsite per week)
