The Role
This Commercial data analyst will drive continuous improvement in quality of our commercial data, a key dataset used for decision making across the business.
Working closely with both the Data engineering and Commercial teams, you'll monitor data quality, identify gaps, gather requirements and influence prioritisation for the Data team building our Commercial engine.
You'll also be working closely with our partner brands and affiliate platforms, to highlight data access issues and lobby for improved data access.

Your Impact:
o Proactively monitor quality of commercial data, looking for gaps and improvement opportunities
o Gather requirements and priorities from the Commercial team and work closely with the Data engineering product manager to get them addressed
o Work with our Analytics function to create commercial data Tableau dashboards for both the Commercial team and leaders across the company
o Adhoc case studies supporting Pillars and the commercial team on particular countries, partners, sectors
o Looking at how data flows from partner systems through to our own systems, optimising and modelling that data to allow for efficient. Setting the commercial area up for success by allowing for monitoring of performance
What You'll Bring:
o Have worked for an affiliate platform or an operator in iGaming
o Experience in using data analysis and visualisation tools (we use Tableau)
o Proficient in manipulating data using SQL (we use Snowflake)
o Familiarity with Python or R a plus
o Interest in data quality framework and data governance principles
The Interview Process:
o 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
o 2nd: Interview with our team, Senior Analytics Manager and Data Product Manager OR Senior Business Analyst (1 hour video via Zoom)
o 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Senior Analytics Manager and Senior Engineering Manager OR Head of Engineering (1 hour video via Zoom)
