Role
* Daily Smooth Running of the Kitchen
* Menu Planning – costing & recipe specification
* Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control
* Kitchen Rotas, Recruitment, Team Training & Development, Personnel Files
* Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters
Candidate Profile
* Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality brand / comparable steakhouse or brassiere operation
* The ability to work in a fast paced service - 90 covers
* Must have consistent work experience and be looking for a long term role
* Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill
* Genuine Passion to Cook
* Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively
* Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
* Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
