About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, content-obsessed Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fitness. This isn’t your average desk job; we want someone who’s comfortable editing ad campaigns as well as filming gym reels mid-workout.
You’ll be the digital voice of Kulture Training Club, building hype across social platforms, managing paid ads, optimizing SEO, and crafting content that connects with our community. Bonus points if you’re already that friend who films gym sets and edits TikToks before post-workout protein.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage our social profiles — IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
* Post, schedule, engage, and grow our audience.
* Respond quickly to build member and follower connections.
* Create and edit photo, video, and graphic content tailored to each platform.
* Use Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to bring ideas to life.
* Maintain consistency with Kulture’s bold, confident brand voice.
* Capture gym energy — sessions, events, member transformations.
* Edit content with platform-specific goals — reach and engagement.
* Optimize web and social content for visibility.
* Track trends and keywords to refine strategy.
* Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Monitor campaign data, tweak strategies, and maximize ROI.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies.
* Analyze analytics and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
* Stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
* Be a visible gym presence, engaging with the community and creating content from real moments.
* Keep up with fitness trends, UGC strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
* Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors aligned with our mission.
About You
You’re a strategic marketer and passionate gym enthusiast. You film your workouts, know how to get great lighting, and want to build a brand that motivates others to move.
Must-haves:
* 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
* SEO knowledge and keyword strategy skills.
* Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing tools.
* Strong videography and editing skills for short-form content.
* Analytical mindset — enjoy tracking and improving performance.
* Excellent communicator, both online and in person.
* Genuine passion for fitness — regular gym-goer and content creator in the fitness space.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit.
