To assist in providing a comprehensive and professional secretarial service to clinical staff in the Trust, in conjunction with other secretaries within the team. The role will include:
1. Audio typing and liaising with staff as necessary.
2. Typing clinic letters to patients and healthcare professionals with accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Processing these letters to the relevant recipients.
4. Checking outcomes of clinic attendance.
5. Answering phone calls.
6. Scanning documents into patients' EPR records.
