Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Anglian Water Network. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and values being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
Role type: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Woolpit
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa
Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal teams including Procurement, Transport, and Training
* Raise purchase orders via online portals
* Perform general administrative tasks including data input and Excel work
* Support pricing and earnings checks
* Handle incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders
* Scheduling works as and when needed
About you
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident telephone manner and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
