Description Responsibilities · Plan and perform equipment maintenance checks, glass washing and reagent prep across multiple laboratories · Laboratory management activities such as stock management and lab coat administration · Contribute to team and departmental process improvement projects · Actively plan your work, managing your time to deliver a high quality lab support service to our internal customers · Record keeping in compliance with GLP · Work closely as part of a team, supporting one another to achieve our customers goals The ideal candidate will; · Be enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to go the extra mile to support our customers · Focus on quality, and possess an excellent attention to detail · Communicate effectively · Be flexible and productive; realise that timelines, priorities and requirements will change regularly and respond to these challenges positively. Experience, Education & Skills Required GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science Good computer skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office software Excellent organisational and time management skills
