POSITION SUMMARY: Cleans and maintains sanitary conditions in all Dietary areas. Assists in the preparation service and storage of food. May assist in catering.

Schedule: 40 Hours, Rotating

EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or high school equivalent required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Ability to read, write, follow oral and written instructions.
* Ability to work harmoniously with a variety of people.
* Must show courtesy and confidentiality, and a reasonable speed in performance of duties.
