Synapri are working with a fantastic MSP on a 1st Line IT Engineering Position.
They are looking for a driven, enthusiastic IT Engineer with 1-3 years of experience who is keen to take their development to the next level. With fully funded certifications and training courses, coupled with pay increases for new skills and certification developments, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their Network Engineering career.
Our clients are based in Hertfordshire and service clients across London and the South-East. This role will operate on a hybrid basis, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office after the probationary period.
The Person:
* 1-3 years of experience in an IT capacity
* Be a logical trouble-shooter with common sense, who can resolve issues that others cannot

This role will involve using the technologies listed below. At this level of role, our clients are not expecting people to be experts with all the below, but have a good fundamental understanding and experience with most of them.
* Office 365 – user maintenance, license management and all aspects of associated admin portals such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Azure – familiarity with Azure portal, tenancy migrations, Azure SQL, WebApps, VMS, cost analysis
* EndPoint Manager – MDM, MAM, Compliance, policies
* Networking – converged networks, VLAN, WAN routing, DNS
* Firewalls – Cisco, Draytek, port redirection, NAT, NAPT
* Webhosting – CPanel, Linux
* Telephony – Linux PBX, SIP Trunks, WLR, Call routing
* Connectivity – Leased Lines, LLU, xdsl
* WiFi – 802.x, Footfall, data capture, reporting
* Servers – Windows, Linux, PF Sense, Active Directory, Group Policy
* Workstations – Windows 10+, printing, Office 365
