About the role As Kit & Equipment Assistant, you’ll ensure all kit and equipment requirements are met to the highest standard, supporting players and staff across training sessions, matchdays, and tours. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and organisation are key. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day running of kit, equipment, and laundry for Newcastle United Women. Prepare and maintain kit for training and matches, ensuring everything is immaculate and ready on time. Set up and clear down dressing rooms for home and away fixtures. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventories. Drive the kit van to away fixtures and occasionally stay overnight with the team. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and club policies. Your impact Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean). Confident driver, comfortable with long-distance travel. Previous experience in a kit department within sport. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
