Combining dental, finance and small business experience we have a unique approach to the business of dentistry. We currently operate very busy dental practices in North Wales, Chester, Wirral and Bristol and a fully digital dental lab.
We are now recruiting for a Treatment Coordinator for our Chester practice.
The role serves as the bridge between patients and the dental team, ensuring that patients fully understand their treatment options, financial plans, and the overall care journey, while contributing to the growth of the practice through data collection and case sharing for marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide patients through their treatment journey by explaining proposed treatment in a clear and empathetic manner.
* Assist patients in understanding financial arrangements
* Schedule and coordinate consultations, treatment review appointments, and follow-ups.
* Collect and record detailed information during consultation and review appointments, including photos, scans and treatment preferences.
* Track patient progress, treatment acceptance rates, and key performance metrics for internal reporting.
* Act as the main point of contact for patients with treatment plans in progress, ensuring timely updates.
* Ensure patients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their care.
* Collect before-and-after case photos, patient testimonials, and key treatment details for internal and external use.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to share anonymized or consented patient cases on social media, showcasing practice results and patient success stories.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR when sharing content.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment preferred.
* Strong communication, and presentation skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
* Sensitivity to patient confidentiality and data protection regulations
