The Clinical Administrator roleis part of our Coding Team. The team is made up of 5 clinical administrators, ateam leader and a manager. You will be working in a very busy practice.
Main duties of the job
* Sorting, scanning and uploading incomingclinical documentation (e.g. hospital letters, clinical emails, informationreceived from patients etc).
* Accurately entering relevant data from clinicalcorrespondence into the electronic medical records of patients
* Distributing clinical correspondence torelevant colleagues, as necessary
* Maintaining the coding accuracy of theelectronic medical records of patients
* Participating in monthly departmentmeetings
* Participate in monthly Practice protectedlearning sessions
