**Hours:** 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

**The Role:**
Seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our BMW & MINI store in Grimsby. Responsible for daily operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Full-time, permanent, with excellent career prospects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and motivate the service team, ensuring adequate resourcing
2. Drive performance culture, managing rewards and underperformance
3. Oversee service operations, resource levels, and productivity
4. Produce dealership reports aligned with group frameworks
5. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
6. Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards
