What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
9. Define and implement a Technical Skills Framework for all Engineering teams at Castle Donington to improve the capabilities and performance of the Engineering teams
10. Provide clarity to the Engineering Team Manager and the Asset Manager of the required performance levels and agree measures to close gaps
11. Manage the Engineering Apprenticeship programme for M&S at Castle Donington
12. Perform audits against the Engineering Standards for work completed and clear actions for improvement for the Engineering teams and help enable & embed change
13. Exploit our suite of metrics to drive performance including OEE, MTTR, MTBF
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
14. Engineering background with experience in Automation or Manufacturing with the ability to work in a matrix structure
15. Coaching and mentoring experience
16. Tenacious and adaptable leader who can deliver at pace
17. Strong influencing skills with a collaborative communication style
18. Outstanding problem solver who drives for the root cause & permanent corrective action
