We’re looking for a Solution Lead / Architect who is passionate about helping world‑leading enterprises design and deliver scalable, well‑structured solutions to real business problems. You’ll work on impactful, high‑visibility projects—defining architectures, creating solution specs, and leading technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
 * Strong solution architecture mindset: Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable designs and specifications.
 * Leadership and delivery skills: Experience leading technical projects end‑to‑end—structuring work, coordinating engineers, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
 * Structured problem‑solving: Skilled at understanding customer requirements, breaking them into components, and defining practical paths to execution.
 * Client‑facing collaboration: Experienced working directly with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, propose solutions, and drive alignment.
