What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be trained from day one by experienced consultants and leadership, learning how to:
* Build relationships with senior finance professionals and clients
* Manage recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
* Headhunt and identify top talent in specialist markets
* Speak with candidates about career moves, salaries, and opportunities
* Work directly with hiring leaders across the UK and US
* Develop business development and commercial sales skills
* Learn how to negotiate, influence, and manage high-value conversations
* Build your own market and personal brand over time
