Are you an experienced Data Analyst?
We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to drive and deliver customer focused data analysis to support and develop the local operation and customer needs.
The Data Analyst will….
1. Communicating with internal clients and third parties
2. Use of internal systems to provide analysis of trends, risks and opportunities.
3. Provide expertise, solutioning, leadership, and training in the use of Maersk SCM operating applications / platforms.
4. Support system implementation / application demonstrations where required.
5. To provide best practice initiatives seeking out or supporting system efficiencies.
6. Leading with regular and ad-hoc tasks, depending on the project and customer requirements.
7. Understanding of agreed customer and internal KPIs and work with the IM Team to ensure results meet or exceed in all areas
8. Support financial reporting and capture of operational volumes and productivities
9. Support operational data capture and creating relevant analysis documentation for the customer and internal use
10. Creating and development of power BI reports
11. Presenting of data analysis to the customer and internal stakeholders
12. To communicate with employees and other managers in an effective and respectful manner.
13. Assist with other clerical and operational duties as and when required.
14. Attendance of all training programmes provided in line with the needs of the role. The ability to enforce/apply the skills provided is paramount.
Technical skills:
15. Good working experience in Microsoft Office specifically “Excel”
16. Good knowledge of the relevant WMS
17. Experience of working with Power BI reporting
18. Ideally in a Warehousing/Logistics enviroment
Soft skills:
19. Communication at all levels
20. Experience of presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
21. Ensure timely and accurate reporting is delivered
22. Co-ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders
23. Assist in the achievement of customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
