Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? Join our dynamic finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and play a key role in keeping this business's accounts running smoothly!Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Match, batch, and code invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payment runs and maintain supplier records
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
