Responsibilities
* As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
* Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor styling and influencing customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations and personal shopping.
* Support the store to reach targets, sell our collections, and ensure the store looks fabulous at all times.
* Utilise training tools and product knowledge to learn and develop in a brand with progression opportunities.
What will I be doing?
* Work on a busy shop floor in a fast-paced, varied environment.
* Style customers in our latest collections, sharing product knowledge to provide an exceptional brand experience.
* Maintain the store’s aesthetic, ensure product availability, and uphold floor standards.
* Handle stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders using in-store tools to support a positive customer journey.
* Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while maintaining loyalty and trust.
* Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to achieve results.
* Greet customers and tailor your approach to their visit objective.
* Keep staff areas and surroundings clean and well-presented.
* Collaborate with peers, seek feedback, and support your growth and development.

* Tech savvy; comfortable processing transactions and using in-store digital tools.
* Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches; a passionate advocate of AllSaints.
* Excellent attention to detail and confident communication.
* Love of fashion and the ability to be an ambassador for AllSaints.
About the location
Our concession in Fenwicks, York has been open since 2011 and usually trades 09:00–17:30 (subject to seasonal change). Fenwicks York is one of the largest department stores in the UK. The store is approximately a 15-minute journey from York station and about 20 minutes by train from Leeds station.
