Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain nursery routines.
Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Ensure safeguarding of children – knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, completion of an enhanced DBS check, and regular safeguarding training.
All colleagues are required to complete regular training to understand and fulfil their responsibilities.
Qualifications
Desirable but not essential to hold a Level 2 qualification or higher in a UK‑recognised early‑years qualification.
Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or enthusiasm to learn more.
