You must be open-minded, keen to embrace challenges, and looking for an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the lives vulnerable children with additional needs. Role of SEN Teacher: As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons to small classes of children (8 max) with a range of SEN and additional needs. You will teach the class across subjects and provide them with the learning they need to make good progress. You will be instrumental in providing consistency, equipping children and young people with tools to ensure they feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe that they can succeed in life. You will have the ability to create interactive, therapeutic, and meaningful lessons, helping children reach their full potential.
