About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Tradesman, you will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across residential properties. You will carry out a variety of tasks, from plastering and painting to ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
This role requires flexibility, as you may be required to travel to various properties. A full UK driving licence is essential, with access to a van ideally.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
Perform, painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plastering, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
Diagnose and fix general building issues efficiently and professionally.
Ensure all work is completed safely, within agreed timeframes, and to a high standard.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete planned and emergency repair projects.
Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure smooth project completion.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, painting, decorating, plastering, roofing, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A professional attitude, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence (essential).
Relevant trade certifications (desirable but not essential).
