We are looking for an exceptional Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our team and work across our key customer sites in South Wales.
Area : South Wales - Port Talbot/Swansea/Pontyclun/Milford Haven
Hours: 3 days per week (full-time hours considered)
Salary: up to 45k FTE
Role requirements: Health Surveillance - audio/spiro/skin/vision. HAVS desirable. FFW - driver medicals, night work, lone work, safety critical etc. Case Management
This role includes working autonomously, engaging and building positive relationships and helping to shape the occupational health service with our customer.
You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and a friendly head office support team.
About you
You will hold an Occupational Health Qualification with at least two years' experience within the Occupational Health sector and recent experience of the full Occupational Health remit.
You will have excellent IT skills and be a great communicator. You will be quality driven and have excellent record keeping skills.
About the role
You will deliver a mix of:
* Complex Case Management including a Mental Health Caseload
* Sickness Absence Management
* Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry, Skin Assessments and occasional HAVS T1 & 2
* Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires
* Health Promotion & Wellbeing
