Team development: Conducting regular 1:1 reviews with two direct reports and supporting wider sales team development through coaching, particularly in areas such as part exchange handling and vehicle appraisals.
Performance support: Acting as the second-in-command to the Used Car Sales Manager, helping to deliver departmental KPIs and budget targets while maintaining Sytner’s commitment to an outstanding customer experience.
