Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a fully private homecare service in either the Redbridge or Brentwood area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate care professional who thrives on autonomy, service quality, and team development within a well-supported, private care environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations as the Registered Manager
* Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and CQC readiness
* Inspire, support, and develop a dedicated care and office team
* Drive business growth through referrals and community engagement
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and risk management processes
* Uphold safeguarding, quality assurance, and person‑centred practice
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within a care setting (domiciliary care not essential)
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
* Confident using digital systems for rostering and care management
