You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click "Apply now" to view in Trac Person Specification Qualifiations and Knowledge Essential NVQ level 3 or an equivalent level of demonstrable knowledge and experience Ability to understand a range of work procedures and processes and experience to deal with non-routine issues/problem solving for the area of work to diploma level equivalent Awareness of NHS Targets (incl. SSNAP) Desirable Knowledge & experience of a hospital environment Participation in data collection for audit purposes Experience Essential Demonstrates the ability to receive and provide both routine and complex information. Ability to exchange information with senior managers/ clinical staff/ administrative staff/ outside agencies. Handles sensitive or contentious information with appropriate diplomacy. Skills and Atributes Essential Able to organise own workload during each period of work; work is managed rather than supervised; advice available from line manager when required. Able to adapt to rapid changes in demand and pressures, including unpredictable work patterns and frequent interruptions. Recognising when to escalate the issue to clinical or more senior members of staff.
