SEN Teaching Assistant - Brighton Academics are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Brighton. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning needs. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored classroom support. Assist pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group settings. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach. Must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. Must be able to provide 2 years' worth of references to complete safeguarding clearance.
