We are seeking an ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER to support the smooth, efficient daily operation of a busy multi‑franchise service and parts environment. This role suits someone highly organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee accurate and timely daily invoicing
* Monitor and drive EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) upsell performance
* Support revenue growth across service and parts
* Maintain high customer satisfaction by reviewing feedback and resolving escalations
* Ensure processes meet manufacturer and company standards
* Work closely with advisors, technicians, and parts teams to optimise workflow and achieve KPIs

* Existing franchised dealer experience as a team leader / Senior Service Advisor
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, customer‑focused approach
