The role
contributes to building and maintaining client trust in PwC’s global information and cyber security control framework.What your days will look like:
Review and support the negotiation of client contractual documentation (e.g. Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work) from a cyber security perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical subject matter experts and business stakeholders, to support client engagements.
Coordinate client-facing security activities, including gathering control documentation, supporting assessments, and responding to security queries.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of subject matter expertise to enhance service quality and efficiency.
This role is for you if:
Experience in cyber security, IT security, risk, compliance, privacy, or a related field.
Understanding of security frameworks (e.g. ISO ) and their application within organisational controls.
Ability to review and interpret contractual language in the context of cyber security and risk.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and support client-facing activities.
Interest in continuous improvement, developing subject matter expertise, and enhancing service delivery.
