Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Lead employer engagement activities to meet service goals.
Develop and manage relationships with employers to increase job opportunities.
Organize and enhance current engagement activities like job fairs and events.
Work with the team to design and deliver training for participants.
Set and achieve targets with the management team.
Supervise the engagement team, focusing on staff development and performance.
Identify areas for improvement and create strategies to enhance engagement.
Use knowledge and research to find new collaboration opportunities.
Maintain records and ensure data protection compliance.
Identify and manage operational risks.
Ensure compliance with council policies and regulations.
Collaborate with the wider team to promote the service.
Perform additional tasks as required for smooth service operation.
Person Specification
Must Have
Qualification in management or related field.
Experience in employer engagement and managing relationships.
Ability to plan and evaluate recruitment and training initiatives.
Experience in team supervision and development.
Understanding of local recruitment market and employment legislation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent ICT skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
Project management qualification.
Experience in grant-funded projects.
Knowledge of Welsh language and culture.
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
