Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist in managing customer orders, providing product advice, and supporting sales activities related to workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE). This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop industry knowledge whilst delivering outstanding service to clients across various sectors.
Duties
* Assist customers in selecting appropriate workwear and PPE products based on their needs and safety requirements.
* Process sales orders accurately via our internal systems, ensuring timely fulfilment.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, including new arrivals and technical specifications.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as inventory checks, stock organisation, and order tracking.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, providing professional advice and guidance.
* Assist in organising promotional materials and displays within the showroom or trade events.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and delivery schedules are met.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when processing orders and managing stock.
* Knowledge of workwear and PPE products is advantageous; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also demonstrating initiative independently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,756.38 per year
