About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality education to young learners, delivering a stimulating and supportive classroom environment. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, monitoring student progress, and fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the primary school curriculum, fostering an environment that encourages students to actively participate and develop their skills. Tailor lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring that all learners, regardless of ability, are supported and challenged appropriately.
* Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, discipline, and active engagement from all students.
* Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress through a variety of methods, including informal observations, written assignments, and formal assessments. Provide timely feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey.
* Student Development: Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students, providing guidance and encouragement to help them grow both inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (or related field), along with a valid teaching qualification.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
* Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
* Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to the diverse needs of students.
