In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities-ensuring essential systems run reliably and efficiently every day. ??? What You'll Be Doing You'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for keeping our building systems in top condition: Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime Perform routine repairs across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems Operate and support critical systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical equipment) Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when needed Conduct inspections to spot and prevent potential faults Maintain accurate records (work orders, maintenance logs, documentation) Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are safe, clean, and organised Support facility upgrades and installation projects Follow all safety standards and regulatory guidelines ?? What We're Looking For We're looking for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn: Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow ? Preferred (but not essential) Technical certification or vocational training Any hands-on experience (internship, apprenticeship, part-time work) ?? Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 25kg Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces when required Flexibility for shift work, overtime, or weekends based on operational needs (this is very occasional) ??
