Key Skills / Experience:
We are seeking candidates who:
• Have experience in bodywork painting or touch-up painting (MHE/automotive industry experience beneficial)
• Are semi-skilled or eager to learn — training is provided
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Work well within a team environment and follow structured production plans
• Understand and adhere to workplace health and safety practices
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Painter / Brush Painter, you will:
• Inspect vehicles to ensure painting meets required quality standards
• Touch up any areas needing finishing using brush painting techniques
• Work efficiently to meet allocated job times and production targets
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with company policies
• Operate responsibly and report any health and safety concerns
• Support the delivery of production goals by following trained processes
