About Our Client

Our client is a medium sized, B2B technology organisation based near Woking, operating a hybrid working model. They are undergoing a period of organisational development and are committed to creating an inclusive, people-centred culture. The successful candidate will work with senior leaders across multiple functions to drive meaningful change.

Job Description

As the Interim HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, proactive HR service. You will play a critical role in organisational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.Key focus areas will include:

3. Shaping and implementing people strategies aligned to organisational priorities
4. Coaching and supporting leaders through business change
5. Leading on complex employee relations and cultural development activity
6. Driving performance management, talent pipelines, and workforce capability
7. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policy
8. Analysing HR metrics to support data-driven decision making
9. Building strong cross-functional relationships to embed positive cultural behaviours

This is a hands-on, operational role that also contributes to strategic projects, working collaboratively as part of a wider people function.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a confident, influential Interim HR Business Partner who can start quickly and add immediate value.Ideal experience includes:

10. Strong background as a HR Business Partner in complex environments
11. Experience supporting organisational change and cultural transformation
12. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build trust quickly
13. Strong ER expertise, with experience handling complex cases
14. Comfortable working at pace and balancing operational and strategic needs
15. Able to interpret HR data and influence decisions
16. Warm, values-driven approach with a commitment to inclusive practice

What's on Offer

17. A daily rate between £300 and £350 depending on experience
18. Hybrid working model of 80:20
19. Free on-site parking
