We are currently seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work at an average sized Primary School in Burnley. The role is designed to ensure engagement with learning and to manage the sometimes-challenging behaviour. The school itself is of average size and can be easily accessed by car and public transport. You would work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to provide the best support possible; the Head Teacher is also incredibly supportive and has expressed a willingness to help the right candidate with their transition into the role in anyway possible.
