We require essential Intune experience, including Autopilot, compliance policies, and application deployment. We require Azure experience, including tenancy management, identity, and core services. We require experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID. We require networking experience, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP. We require previous experience delivering infrastructure projects within an MSP environment. We require confidence operating as a senior technical engineer within an MSP. We require strong communication and client-facing skills. We require the ability to support and guide junior engineers. We require a calm, methodical, and professional approach under pressure. We require a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. We require candidates to be within reasonable travelling distance of Whitstable and client sites. WatchGuard firewall experience would be highly beneficial. Teams Phone and/or 3CX experience would be advantageous. Interest in automation, AI-enabled tooling, and modern ways of working would be beneficial. Responsibilities: We act as the senior technical escalation point for complex client issues. We lead infrastructure and Microsoft 365 projects across SME environments. We support and mentor junior engineers through more complex technical issues. We install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cloud environments. We re-architect customer networks where improvements can be made. We support Modern Workplace technologies, including Intune and device management. We visit client sites when required. We work closely with leadership on larger technical and strategic projects. We deliver hands-on troubleshooting and project-based engineering work.
