What You’ll Do
* Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic business development
* Build and nurture senior-level client relationships
* Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo’s values
* Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
* Deliver profitable new business opportunities and rebid existing contracts
* Use financial modelling, competitive analysis, and compelling proposals to secure and grow business
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in senior business development or sales roles
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
* Expertise in selling and managing complex food and hard FM contracts
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
