Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary: Up to £38,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency branch in Horsham. This is a key role within the sales team, ideal for someone who is ambitious, career-driven, and looking to take the next step in residential estate agency. You will play an integral part in driving sales performance, winning new instructions, supporting team management, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
