Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our busy team at Ross and Liddell Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. Based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in ensuring our contractors are paid timeously.
Responsibilities
* Process a large volume of supplier invoices each day, via our Property Management System.
* Review Inspection Reports and raise required jobs, or issue standard template letters.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
* Issue reminders to homeowners on proposed works and update records
* Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
* Liaise with Contractors regarding ongoing queries on billing.
Requirements
* Strong experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
