Role Overview:
As Crew Team Leader, you are part of the management team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure the safe operation of the store, manage the team, and deliver excellent service.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Always provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find the best products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
2. Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
3. Ensure attentive service at the tills, processing POS transactions and thanking customers.
4. Build customer loyalty and promote 'Customers for Life' through opt-in at the POS.
5. Delegate tasks and demonstrate leadership alongside the day-to-day running of the store.
6. Understand the commercial aspects of retail, including reading reports, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
7. Maintain store visual standards through product presentation, replenishment, housekeeping, and seasonal launches or sales.
8. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health & safety, especially in the absence of management.
9. Stay updated on products, promotions, and company initiatives, implementing changes as needed.
