What Youll Be Doing:
* Coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and more
* Support the team of instructors and activity leaders
* Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies
* Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for groups, schools, and the general public
* Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas
* Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all visitors
About you:
* RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications) is required
* Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports
* Safety-conscious, with a proactive and professional attitude
